Proper Linen Handling: Keeping Our Process Efficient
At Taurus Laundry Services, organization and proper linen handling play a key role in maintaining efficiency and quality across every Vacation Home we serve.
When removing bed linens, please place the flat sheet, fitted sheet, and second pillowcase inside one pillowcase to create a complete set. This simple step helps prevent missing items and keeps the process organized.
All remaining linens should be placed inside the labeled bags. Identification tags must not be removed, as they ensure proper tracking throughout our system.
To preserve the quality of the materials, please do not place wet sheets or towels inside the bin. Moisture can cause damage and may result in additional costs.
For easier organization, our linen sets are color-coded by size:
Yellow for King, Green for Queen, Blue for Full, and Red for Twin.
Clean items can be collected from the BIM located at the back of the vacation home. Each bag contains a complete cleaning set. Please return the full set, even if some items were not used.
Always keep the BIM locked and notify your property manager if any items are missing or damaged.
